haha

i had the same problem, and i've discovered quite some of
happy music...and it changed my mood to better, although it
might sound silly.

i'll write some names when i get home. although, there isn't
that much of happy electronica, since i know you kind of
prefer electronic music.

Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on.

Far across the distance
And spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.

Near, far, wherever you are
I believe that the heart does go on
Once more, you opened the door
And you're here in my heart,
And my heart will go on and on.

Love can touch us one time
And last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone.

Love was when I loved you,
One true time to hold on to
In my life we'll always go on.

You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on.
We'll stay, forever this way
You are safe in my heart
And my heart will go on and on.

When ever I am low I play

"Fucked by Rock" by Zodiac Mindwarp
"20,000 Women" by Zodiac Mindwarp
"Let's get fucked up" by The Smut Peddlars
and
"Battleflag" by The Lo-Fidelity Allstars

There are others but these positively SPRING to mind right
now.

Lo-Fidelity Allstars, now there's a name i haven't heard in
a while. They made some good stuff... one about "tentacles
pimping on (something)" or whatever. I liked that.

More suggestions for mister Nacho Esquire:

Kenickie - Get In
Electrelane - The Power Out
The Distillers - Coral Fang (if you are feeling particularly
plagued by The Sad)

Sweet jumping jehosephat, someone on here who has even HEARD
of kenickie? I made a thread a while back and suddenly, it
was lead balloon time. Rosita, kenickie's death-throes
spin-off band were great at well.

Dog_Belchington III Esquire, i salute you, sir.

Is that what Kenickie means. I really liked them, I saw them
once, or twice at the Underworld. I heard of Rosita with the
two that didn't become professional northern TV presenters,
but never actually heard them.

Kenickie were thoroughly awesome... i have a shedload of
b-sides and rare stuff on mp3 because i'm such a saddo. And
lauren laverne is hot as spunky lava.

Rosita - "santa poca's dream EP" is fantastic also.

ORBITAL - Mock Tudor

ORBITAL - Bath Time or Easy Serv

U-ZIQ - Brace Yourself

U-ZIQ - Happi (I love that one!)

U-ZIQ - ICED GEM

U-ZIQ - THE FEAR

Well some of these are more uplifting than happy.

There are many others, but sometimes I see a thin line
between happy and sad songs.
