I'm verry emotional.

The past week I've been in a continual heightened emotional
state and I'm utterrly exhausted. I can't put it into worrds
verry easily at all. I've been so sad (not deprressed, sad)
that it's been painful and at the same time I've not been
hateful one bit, no angerr. And the feeling of love has
neverr pulled so harrd in my chest beforre I don't think.
Sorrrry to sound arrtsy-farrtsy but like I said, it's
difficult to descrribe. I need it to stop though.

Prozac should do the trick.

I'm calm and happy. But my back hurts. It has been like that
for five days now. Not like I need painkillers, but still...

Is there a woman involved in this tumultuous eddying of the
soul?

I hate the idea of Prozac, most of us can agrree it's used
too often and although I'm not going to go and get
prroscribed some, I can see how in cases like this it would
be helpful to help you get back on trrack.

All I have to say is THANK GOD I'm back to worrk tonight, I
need to get my mind off myself.

Also today I enrrolled at the local Tech College to do Deaf
Awarreness which will lead on, in Nov, to sign language.

This grounding has given me about 2 hourrs of peace in my
chest and yet it means the closing of one chapterr which is
always prretty unsettling even if this chapterr is fucking
shit.

Last night, I was thinking about taking a sign language
course. Admittedly, it was entirely motivated by seeing Ken
Stott's fit deaf missus in Messiah, but still.

Contrary to your suggestion that Prozac is used too often, I
think it should be used even more. It's great stuff :D Lots
os miserable people out there who could benefit a lot from
it.

i know perfectly well what you mean...it can help a bit if
you start listening to happier music. it's silly i know, but
it helped me...im begining to feel a bit less sad...it can
take quite some time though...and it's not like im happy yet
or something, but im working on it :)
i hope you change things around...

I twigged that it was the doctor before it was revealed, but
I think that was only because all the other likely
candidates were dead. It was certainly some time before the
syringe in the pocket incident. I figured that Kate's arrest
was just a sham though.

My first suspect was Kate's father because he was a builder
and there was building work going on at the hospital. In
retrospect it was an obvious red herring though,

i know exactly how you feel anus. i'm usually pretty
emotionally stable, but sometime i get kinda mixed up, and
things that usually wouldn't get to me do. like sad movies
acually make me cry and shit.

i think it's just a natural flux in the way people's
emotions go. hormones, the weather, phases of the moon,
whatever... i think it just happens that way.

maybe get out into nature and take a walk (try not to get
lost though ;)), or hang out with friends.

i don't know how you handle things, but usually drinking
heavilly isn't a good idea for me when i get like this. i
usually end up making a fool out of myself and having one
more thing to be embarassed about.

I can't stand Elisha Cuthbert in 24, she's too prissy and
irritating. Luckily, it doesn't seem that she's been asked
back for next season. I think she'll be good in other things
though.

Katie Holmes would have made a fantastic Kim Bauer.

keeping a journal of what's going on in your head helps a
lot too sometimes.

when i get kinda mixed up in my head, writing things down
allows me to put my internal feelings into perspective.
sometimes it's hard to step back and actually realize what's
going on, especially when you're not thinking clearly
anyway.

do you have anyone close to you that you can speak
completely candidly with? that's important. like, someone
you would feel comfortable breaking down in front of?

i don't anymore... but, when i did it took a weight off my
shoulders like you wouldn't believe.
