No. Antidepressants take about 3 months to kick in properly,
but they put you in a kind of blank state where emotions are
ironed out to a kind of blank apathy, which you only realize
once you're off them. Basically, they fucking suck.

And to be honest, i haven't got any advice concerning your
situation, because I Am Not You. Sorry.

I sort of agree with elusive. Stop posting shit on the
internet. Go out and mingle with common people and you will
find you are a lot happier. The interweb is making people
sad...people will wake up to this fact in due course.

Because everyone is losing a social concept.

I hate what computers and what internet has done to me.

well i grew up on it so I guess that previous sentence is
illogical....but I can only
imagine.................................

Yes, but you see people around you who have had little to no
eposure to it, and their ignorance is something you wish you
had. It is something bizaar, an entirely different social
structure that, in a way, you wish you weren't part of.

I know people like this. You just need a swift kick in the
ass and good ol fashioned fist fight with a good friend of
yours. The kind that you could fight and still be friends
with afterwards and have a good laugh about getting some
fighting done.

well, some anti depressants can actually give you tics,
mostly facial .

i don't want to tell you what meds i was on though as then i
might as well wear a t-shirt with my condition written on
it.

Yeah i agree with lee in a certain sense but i find myself
in a position where i will be on anit-depressants and
anit-psycotics all at once.

Ugh, that is quite scary but i know i have people who will
stand by me all the way now.

they surpress the chances of having a psychotic episode.

these drugs are worse than anti-depressants, in that they
completely blank out all emotions, more or less. if you're
unlucky they zombify you.

but if you really need them, they can be a good help
ofcourse.

dear qrter,

youve always been right about me, the way i go on and off
meds and drugs, youve warned me, and i didnt listen.
ive suffered an ego death, a few bad trips and horrifying
conclusions to the holes i dig in perception.

i hope the meds do blank out my emotion, because its rarely
a positive emotion anyhow.

According to meat woman, the development of our culture is
being furiously endangered by a scope of robust endeavors.

Has meat woman gone mad?!?

I'm so depressed: venetian snares gig in my home town has
been cancelled :(

but anyways: if you feel shitty you have to do sports, that
works for fine for me, but I was wondering have you seen a
doctor yet, he'll probably give you the same advise before
prescribing medicine
