gross profit rate equals gross profit over net sales... so you divide your gross profit by your net sales and you have gross profit as a percentage of net sales... |

What happens if I am working out the Gross profit and net sales for my Grouse / Goose / Fishing Net business. I may get the facts and figures mixed up in the following fashion: Gross Profit and Net sales and fishing nets could = Gross profit of goose sales and net profit of net sales / goose profit and grouse sales and a percentage of the net sales of net sales and the combined total of gross profit of goose profit and gross profit of grouse profit and net sales of nets devided by the total income generated from net sale + goose gross profit and gross sale of grouse / net sale net sale and gross goose / grouse sales. ie - As a percentage of the net sales of net sales and the combined total of gross profit of goose profit and gross profit of grouse profit and net sales of nets devided by gross Profit and Net sales and fishing nets could = Gross profit of goose sales and net profit of net sales / goose profit and grouse salesthe total income generated from net sale + goose gross profit and gross sale of grouse / net sale net sale and gross goose / grouse sales. |
