well the thing is that i got a lil bit paranoid when i reinstalled the system.
i frequently got all kinds of intrusions and registry edits no matter of da firewall (sygate personal firewall).
srfing the www i stumbled upon this site winguides and took a shoot @ their software. it fecking works brilliant and the machine is obviously faster and better working.
so if anybody is keen on trying it search for "TuneUp Utilities 2oo4" or "Registry Mechanic 3.0"
or just pm me on slsk (::plaster::) and dl it from me.

On my general install stuff to see how it works machine I just back up the shit I need and reformat it every time my free period of Norton Antivirus runs out, thus giving me an extra 3 months of free updates.

you get a lot of registry artifacts when you uninstall a program, i use "your uninstaller" which removes registry level enteries left over from a normal uninstallation. Another good one is "System Mechanic" it is hardcore. For tracking, bugs and spy shiite use Lava soft Ad aware. Last night i removed 23 critical objects from my system!

That would be nice, a regular re-format every 3 months. It's a beautiful thing, reformatting.
