MACs are shit because: you cant cut and paste files you cant restore stuff in the recycle bin all the Itunes, iphoto etc software is shite, especially iphoto. PCs are shit. there's a market for a superior computer somewhere between macs pretty and tough computers and windows shite but affordable and friendly computer. |

you can restore stuff from the "recycle bin" as you call it. On the Mac it's called Trash, it's a bin, that's where you throw stuff you don't want anymore! With Norton Utilities you can sometimes retrieve files but why the fuck would you want that? Judging by Microsoft's previous performance I can't imagine their file recovery works very well. You can cut and paste files on OS X, not on OS 9. The whole iLife suite of applications is superior to anything that's free and almost all of the consumer apps available on PC. Macs are not shit. But PCs are. Now, bite me! |

i dont know about you, but i quite often delete something then realize that i need it 5 minutes later. and you can undelete almost anything, if you know what youre doing, on a pc. |

On Macs, you throw stuff in the trash and it stays there until you empty the trash. If your not a complete fuckwit, you only empty the trash when you're sure you don't want any of the stuff in it. There is absolutely no point in deleting stuff if it's still there taking up your hard disk space incase you suddenly need it again. And iPhoto is a bit naff but it's free, if you don't like it get a different program. iTunes is great though in my opinion. I don't really understand why you would need to cut and paste files. |

why not just create a folder for stuff you don't think you need... and then when the stuff you've put there has been there for like one mounth, you then delete it. It's an easy way to solve the problem. |
