...my ShitBook came back from it's third repair,
with the same faults, plus an extra one.

Great job Apple!

I'm in the process of arranging for a replacement machine -
it all depends on what they say, but I'm gonna fight this
all the way.

Anyways, hello to anyone/all who missed me.

Like that ever happened

Hope life has been good for you all

Just console yourself with the fact that you don't live in
widnes.

...

Oh fuck, you DO.

I wondered where you had disappeared to. The wonder lasted
three seconds, three days ago.

I don't understand why people stick with Apple. They're
sillywads.

Anyway, good to see you back, I sympathize with you... in
today's bionic world, I think being without a computer is
like purgatory, or even worse. I've gotta build myself a
Doom 3 (and beyond) rig, too.

Yeah, I decided not to sell up due to having a new
girlfriend, I am also learning Japanese and life is
extremely good at the moment. How are things in general for
your good self?

big

don't expect anything from Apple
they're WANKERS

Ophecks

thanks man, but i AM stuck with Apple now - as said
previously, i got this piece of shit with a loan, and as we
all know you can't back out of a loan!

ecnadniarb

sometimes i have trouble telling the difference between you
being serious or silly.

if you are really learning japanese, that is SO FUCKING
COOL
and congrats on the new female attention :) i hope all works
out

things for me are.....erm

blech....?

i hate Apple.....i just want a PowerBook that works the way
it's supposed to!

I am being serious. My Japanese is coming along quite
nicely, although to learn it properly I will have to spend
some time in Japan because I learnt very quickly that
communication in Japanese has more lot to do with tonal
inflection and body language than simply learning the
words.

Sorry to hear about your PowerBook. Although I guess time
away from the radiating glow of the screen will do you good.

damn right about the radiating glow!

yeh i've heard that the japanese language is less about
actual language and more about tone and stuff

i hope that you get to go to Japan and educate yourself even
more in the speaky-thingy

i would love to be able to speak japanese - but i'm too lazy
to try!
