Dear Soon, I hope you enjoy your Baretta CX-4 Storm, I am
sorry for being a pussy earlier in this thread by implying
guns were for eunuchs. I like the name Baretta CX-4 Storm
because it sounds like a kid's toy, which I guess shows what
sort of market they're aiming at.

''Did you see how fast the anti-american comments surfaced?
Fucking joke this forum is sometimes. Look if you dont like
guns dont post in a thread that is about recreation, hunting
etc etc.

Fucking be mature and they the fuck out. Damned bunch of
whiny children bitching and moaning because they dont have
enough drugs to keep them in a hippy induced daze.''

I agree with Soon, but with less swearing and vigor. Though
I think Elusive pretty much saw this coming, and started the
topic anyway. I mean, you had to have... absolutely nothing
wrong with this topic, and yet, it was just asking for
trouble, doomed from the start. Messageboards and their
populations aren't perfect. I'm pretty sure you're not going
to kill anyone.

I'd like to have a gun, there's a shooting range up the
highway a bit, it beckons to me when I drive by. But I don't
NEED a gun, per se, because Canada's criminal population is
about as threatening as a puppy farm. But there's some
''exotic'' countries where I'd feel much safer with a
firearm on me.

I'm pretty sure my grandfather's old hunting rifle is
somewhere in the house, but there's probably no ammunition.
Too many kids running around and rooting.

John Lennon was shot by a gun, wasn't he, by a freak with a
gun, you fucking moron.

hell, when i was a kid, we used to play with toy guns, we
used to all hide around the neighorhood and play cowboys and
indians,
the guns used to look exactly like the real thing, some of
them were even made out of metal, nowadays its a little
better, but i can see your point

That was too much fun. I always called dibs on my Super
Scope 6. I could blow up whole SQUADRONS of children with
its rocket capabilities.

Look at this bad boy.

If i had a gun, i'd be in prison before you could say "too
much vodka". The temptation to kill people in a fit of pique
would be too much to handle.

So yeah, anyway:

WE SHOULD ALL PLAY NICE, WITH NO GUNS.

i had this shot gun, it must have weighed over 10 lbs, i
like it because you could pump it up and put the caps stuff
in it, and when you shot it, POW, that thing was loud - good
times. but seriously had f'ed up is it that, at 10, i like
the thrill of blowing my friends to bits!!!!!!!!!

u should see a psychoanalyst instead of shooting. that's
sick.

I thought that's how people used to get food?

that's right. the fact that the army has the most
technological guns is just a coincidence. hypocrit.

and fuck sakes, meat eating in this day and age is
unessecary

on the other hand, avoiding meat is unnatural. as soon as my
instinct will tell me to eat that flesh i see at the
butcher's, i'll eat it. most vegetarians are sick too
imo. esp girls (meat = blood = period) ask a psychoanalyst.

it's the same in all developped countries. same toys. now
there's a difference between a toy and a gun. one is
intended to play (not necessarily a nice toy though), the
other is intended to kill.

i just thought guns replace penises for people who are not
enough self-confident. it has a very strong symbol of power
which the phallus is in the first place.

go see a psychoanalyst and you won't risk your life with a
weapon (people shot by an intruder in their home are shot by
their own weapon most of the time).

shooting bush and/or cheney is just beeing responsible,
couldn't agree more :) BUT liking guns does NOT compare to
liking GIRLS.

elusive, although the [OT] tag is somewhat useful, it's
quite redundant when you are the one creating the topic.

surprised to see there's still someone left on the world who
is impressed by psychoanalysis.

not sure "impressed" is relevant.
