it was more reliable when they were still doing 1st and 2nd
class services - always coming at about 10 at the lastest,
but now with just 1 class you're never sure when they're
going to come - usually sub "2nd class" standard.

it's all seems ok for businesses, just not the public.

word. it's the absolute pits down my end. i get my mail
around 12:30 as well, and the packages don't come before 3
pm!

plus i hate my mailman, he has no respect for my records
and the more i tell him to not force them in my box the more
he does!

yeah, waiting for packages too big for the letter box is
annoying :-/

Always end up picking them up from the Post Office, now.

My postman took my dad fishing and taught him how to
flycast, and I also explained to the postman's son why guns
are cool. I like those crazy postal nutters. I like it that
the Royal Mail is shit because then when I forget to send
out cheques to eBay sellers I still don't get bad feedback.

the fact that you weren't in, or that you left your window
opened?

in australia you get it when you get it, sometimes you get
it when they knock on your door, sometimes they leave it
outside, sometimes they leave a note and you go to the post
office to get it, and most of the time they come when you're
not home.

The royal mail is geared to delivering junk advertising mail
over regular letters because it makes them more money,
apparently. My mum's fella has worked for them for 20 years
or so and he maintains strongly that they are a total sack
of shit.
