Oh Howard Donald of Take that :

Have you had any problems gaining a reputation as a
professional DJ while being advertised as an ex-Take That
member?

Yeah sure, but most clubs I play recognise that I'm a
good funky house DJ and they'll use me again.

I don't think they use me because I was in Take That.

franciois kervorkian must be about 50 by now. i've heard of
josh wink (obviously) and pascal feos i might have something
by him somewhere filed away. blake baxter is too laid back
for my liking, the "deep house" sound i never really liked
even at the beginning. club music lost its appeal a couple
of years ago for me when ever other record was a re-hash of
something older or new up-to-date remixes. i believe theyve
just remixed the age of love AGAIN with whoever the flavours
of the month are.

I wish they could somehow resurrect Larry Levan. I would fly
anywhere I had to to see him if he was alive.

I saw him 2 years ago, sorry, it was terrible, the beats
unmatched most of times and he was trying to sing something
while djing

i think my favorite at the moment is James Holden

it's funny to hear that someone from a band like jane's
addiction is a dj.

Yeah supposedly James Holden is really damn good. I haven't
heard any of his sets of production, but one of his mixes
over at discogs has gotten lots of praise and a 4.9/5 (with
like 70+ votes). Also, if you like House Music, check out
Kaito off the Kompact label.
