it was better than the first one. i hate it when people cheer and give applause in cinemas. WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU CHEARING FOR, it's just a picture, not live preformance.
don't get that whole kirst dunst thing. she's really nothing special at all. if i go downtown shopping or something i see at least more than 50 girls hotter than her.

Phenomenal movie, though I don't think there was enough ''Superheroing''. I thought the movie could have been 10 minutes longer, have a few more random exhibitions of Spidey's powers... maybe an extra battle scene, or an odd job... but I'm nitpicking. I loved it, and there was a THOUSAND juicy little easter eggs for hardcore Spiderman fans. Loved when he threw the mask in the trash.
Favorite scene was
SPOILER ALERT
The runaway train, where he gets injured and unmasked in front of 50 people and they swear not to tell anyone... then get in Doc Ock's way. Warm. Fuzzy.
Anybody ever see this show?

Saw this today, and I must say that I unexpectedly found it hugely enjoyable. Didn't see the first, but I thought I'd pop along with my sis and check it out. The volume in the screen we were in was on the verge of being uncomfortable, so that certainly helped give the action more impact (like feeling the sub, and those kick drum type sounds when that reactor kicks in). The action was spot on, with Doc Ock's scenes being particularly weighty and tangible (the fact he's a great bad guy helps immensely too). The CGI and live action was fused very well in these scenes (no Star Wars wooden blue-screen acting here). The Spidey scenes were occasionally a little too unconvincing, with some of the swinging movement a little too CG mechanical, but given the challenging task of animating something as fluid as Spiderman they did a fine job.
So yeah, check it out if you've got a few quid in your pocket and have a decent sound system cinema, as you might be surprised.
