stand on your head, do a 560, land on your teeth and push
ctrl+p+a+3+444. then proceed to turning off the power of the
computer, going outside, staying outside for twelve hours,
come back to your house, turn on your computer, check
preferences > advanced > render images.

IE is rotten to it's very core. it cannot be cured. it can
only be quarantined.

firefox is the cat's meow.

I've had the same problem recently, I just cleared the temp
files and restarted IE, it fixed itself. You should also
check for spyware, but that's a given.

But I only use IE for certain sites, I'm an Opera Man.

I like MyIE. it filters ads so good that you forget that it
exists. tabbed brwsng and lots of different good features...
It's not a new browser, but it makes IE better...

0.9

already talked to fleetmouse about it --> see here.

the scandisk told me that there's nothing wrong there.

I have 256 Mb ram, which is pretty weak, but it should still
not be a problem, right?

oh yeah, i've heard a few people mention issues with pages
hanging. it may be an 0.9 issue.

you could try 0.8... which was an excellent
release too.

or, you could just get the firefox stuffed animal instead.

I might try using Jesus Christ again.

he can be kind of whiny, but he certainly delivers.

Avant Browser is the shit. All the advantages of IE, without
the disadvantages (unbeatable pop-up killer, ad blocker,
tabbed browsing, integrated search toolbar).

I do use firefox though, but only as a secondary browser.
