I have an a-level english lit exam in approximately 2
hours. I have done about 45 minutes revision, and now i'm
distracting myself on an Internet Dork Music messageboard.
This is not good. If you know anything relevant about
othello or the poetry of william blake, please step forward.
Thanks in advance.

Othello - wasn't it written by Willy Shakespears?

I don't know a lot about the poetry but good luck in your
exam

As an aside; The exams I did the least revision in I passed.
Didn't make sense to me. I hope that helps make you a bit
more confident though.

i've not even looked at the books in about 6 months :-O

Ah, fuck it. I'm not that bothered.

Try sparknotes.com, I used to cane their stuff for about an
hour before English exams and it was cool. They'll
definitely have Othello and quite possibly something on
Blake.

Blake is excellent! Read it for fun...

My Pretty Rose Tree

A flower was offered to me,
Such a flower as May never bore;
But I said "I've a pretty rose tree,"
And I passed the sweet flower o'er.

Then I went to my pretty rose tree,
To tend her by day and by night;
But my rose turned away with jealousy,
And her thorns were my only delight.

Othello is one of the better from old Shaksey too. I should
have done english literature A level instead of biology
which I fucking screwed up this morning... I hate
cohesion-tension theory. SO MUCH.

A-levels? You people are scarily young. That was four years
ago for me. My little sister took the same exam as you
ds9mm. I downloaded and burnt an audio cd of people reading
some of WB's 'Songs of Inncoence and Experience' to help her
revise. That's the kind of nice older brother I am.

starring Ian McKellan.

I'm about three years younger than Michael Owen (or the same
age as Prince William). You must be younger than Wayne
Rooney (or the same age as Mary Kate and Ashley).
