It's a gong sound sampled from a shortwave "number station" sending messages to spies in the field. Cheers for listening matey. |

I haven't got the cash to buy good enough shortwave equipment, sadly... i got the wav sample ages ago, i forget where from. Probably a number stations mailing list i'm on. 99% ultra-dull lists of numbers, but you get the occasional interesting sound sample etc. |

im currently listening.. i used to paint and stuff allot before, went to art school for 2 years but then left it for some more studio related stuff wich i just finished the basic course in.. i kind off miss the painting sometimes, but when i went ´to art school i never felt like painting or anything at all, the tasks where really boring.. im the type of guy that can just do what i really want to do, i loved painting and drawing when i was just sitting with a cop of coffe and a loads of smokes, just chillin taking my own time, but at school it sucked so bad that i stoped and have not toutched a brush in 2 years.. kinda sad.. but well, music making is my passion now. yeah, very ill and creepy, especially towards the end.. it's a good thing! something i like allot! is when the stringinsh sound really comes trough at 1:12 lovely, it's a great intro the whole buggish stringish stuff =D all the clips are great for a track like this.. good job! |

Yeah i know the feeling... bad teaching can make creative subjects a nightmare. I hate the deadlines more than anything, even though it does kinda give me a "push" into working. Music was my first love when i was about 11 or 12, i'm only just getting back into it now. Evolume ----> Cheers, you're not the first person to say that it feels a bit "soundtracky." I might make a video one day, it's something i do want to get into. |
