5-MeO-DIPT (N,N-Diisopropyl-5-methoxytryptamine) Disclaimer: Not much information is out yet on this drug. Information below was taken from other websites and hearsay. The below information is not intended to be taken as scientific based fact. Made an arrival to the DC scene, and then a quick exit. Not much is known about this drug. Foxys in DC mostly comes in a pill form. The drug is said to give users a warm pleasant state in which tactile sensations are enhanced. Foxys effects are similar to LSD and other psychedelics. Generally, the effects build for roughly 2 hours, at which point you reach a peak and gradually float down for about 4 – 6 hours more. 5-MeO-DIPT is white/tan in appearance, although the pills may come in different forms and taste. In DC, it has surfaced in a purple pill and grape tasting. In many individuals, 5-MeO-DIPT, produces acute nausea and/or vomiting or upset stomach, and some users report insomnia after taking the pill. Stomach may bloat also. 5-MeO-DIPT is an extremely potent material. If you do not have a scale/balance accurate to at least 1mg, it is very easy to overdose. It is not a good idea to "eyeball" a dose, as the dose-to-response curve is extremely steep. 5-MeO-DIPT users report development of tolerance after it is taken. |

A word of warning for any readers who want to go out and try DXM: only buy the DXM products that contain DXM as the sole active ingredients. Many cough syrups etc have added actives such as antihistamines in concentrations that render the cough syrup toxic at "recreational" doses. A few people have died because of that, apparently. |

my creative writing teacher at uni was telling us about her writing friend who apparently is pretty well known but i cant remember his name. Anyway, he used to do a lot of drugs and what not and he would always think up the greatest ideas and then forget them when he woke up in the morning. this happened a lot he decided that next time he doped up he would write it down. So he took a lot of drugs, had a lot to drink etc and he swore he thought up the greatest peice of writing ever, he swore it was the absolute essence of creative writing, and when he woke up and read the notepad all it said was "Very yes, indeed." |
