From the head phone socket on your computer, you have the speakers going from the back of your sound card.

err that was really strangley worde. What do i do again?
I have the noraml headphone socket at the front panel (Audigy2 with the front panel thingi) and then i have my speakers going out the back. But my preferences in Traktor says all this rear L/R, and WAVE and Front L/R.. which so i set to get all the audio output to my speakers, then only the monitoring through to the headphones?

just put the phones and switch to mono on the preview monitor so the signal passes to phones.
