Jay Worth. Ultra cool two syllable combo name, like James
Bond. Or maybe it's just interchangeable with Gay Worthless.

There are a lot of really cool Jasons on this board
(rep'zentin'), and also a lot of Emma Duggans.

a lot of our English teachers here in Ukraine still get
confused what is English for "familiya" and "otchestvo",
only when I was in last grade of school, there appeared
parent name, which was for several years called surname...

Atli Þór Ásgeirsson.

We have got a simular patronymic system but most of
Icelanders haven't got surnames, unless they are foreign. My
sons name would therefore be called HOTSTUFF Atlason.
