ok, some of you have prolly heard but, gMail is google's new web based email doohickie. right now (but probably for not much longer) it's not open to the public. you can only become a member by being invited by someone else who is already a member. well, i have 4 invites to give, and i'll give them out to the first four people who email me. 1st come 1st serve. if you don't have a need for another email account, or think you won't use it; just pass.. it'll probably be open soon anywhoo. email me at: i'll be back online in an hour or so and i'll send invites then. |

in my opinion it's the best web based email i've ever used. totally usable on my dial-up account, and no hideous banner ads cluttering up everything. the spell checking is awesome, and the label system seems to be working out great. but, i've only been a member for a week now, so i haven't really tested it in-depth yet. the filters have worked perfectly so far. |
