So are there any football fans out there? What's your team
for this Euro 2004? I've got to say that i'm a bit
disappointed that Turkey didn't make it through. I've always
been a sucker for the smaller nations that aren't rated high
so I'm looking forward to seeing how Latvia will do. They
sometimes manage to surprise. (Not something that Iceland
will ever manage to do. I'll be well over 60 when and if we
ever make it).

Nope, i no it's big. I knew this would sound like that :).
Turkey is my fav but i'm also a sucker for the small nations
and those who are small in the world of football.

And there are about 20 million Turks in Germany alone if i
recall. That's insanely much. And that's one of the reasons
why they are getting so good at football i think.

heh, i can't remember which one, but one of the members who
is participating in this post said he/she recently began
loving football ;).

I'm working on an italian restaurant and their all football
fanatics so it would be ok for the moral in work if italy at
least made it far.

I don't think england is going to make it far, they so
disappoint even though they've got an excellent team.

i like their style of play, England have good individual
players but they never play as a team and always bore me to
death.

this "I tried mushrooms yesterday" or "I'm trying æsdfj'sk
tonight"?
