I am under stress like shit... but I don't know why (at the
moment I'm not busy at school or anything). I feel like
running 10 miles... maybe I'll do that. but first (and
finally) I will eat a salad.

I think my problem is I spend too much time being still,
when the weather is great and I should be outsite enjoying
it!

you're under stress too?

shit, it must be linked to this fucking venus thing that's
kicking off.

make sure you eat enough to satiate you, and then go for a
light jog if you like - not too strenuous though, else
you'll strain something
