Does anyone know the proper size in pixels for a front
album cover sleeve and back cover insert?

This topic title was really funny. It made me laugh so I am
going to find the answer for you myself..... yes here you
are:

Front Cover: Height - 119.5mm(+/-0.5mm) Width -
120.5mm(+/-0.5mm)

Back Cover: Height - 118mm(+/-0.5mm) Width - 148mm(+/-0.5mm)
Perforations - 6mm (+/-0.5mm)

I know you asked for them in pixels but if you are intending
to make the covers look good at all then the program you use
will be able to size images in mm. West side.

Hmm...Different printers print at different resolutions so
the pixel count doesn't really come into play, you need to
go on physical dimensions in established metric or imperial
units.
