stir fry some veggies and throw in some tofu:

chop veggies (broccoli, pepper, onion, zuccini, carrots,
whatev)
chop tofu into cubes
turn on wok/pan
put olive oil in bottom of wok/pan
throw everything in
crush some garlic over the top
stir till it looks cooked

top with orzos (or rice)

man there's this japanese steakhouse (gasho's of japan) near
my job that cooks up the most awesome fried tofu w/ some
kind of awesome sauce. it's soooo awesome.

other wise i just throw tofu in whatever i'm eating and it's
great. salad, pasta, grilled cheese sandwiches, anything
really.

i made tofu for dinner tonight....
make sure to get firm tofu, that's the best....
ok now cut off as big of a piece as you want and get some
paper towels.
put the paper towels on the tofu and push down to get rid of
the excess water stored inside the tofu...
then cut it up in slivers and put it in a plate and pour soy
sauce all over it.
then poor extra virgin olive oil in a pan and wait for the
oil to get really hot, then put the strips of tofu in and
cover the pan.
let cook for like 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
best served with rice and veggies.
yummmmmm.... that's exactly what i made.
it was ace.

it is wonderful, trust me.
you can also do the same exact things only using italian
dressing
(i only use the vegan kind) and no extra virgin olive oil.

you're a vegetarian and you've never cooked tofu?

um, i'm a horrendous cook, so my recipes are all messy
instant meals, nothing particularly delightful -- but i chop
up a bunch of veggies, crumble extra-firm tofu, throw it all
in a pan, add some olive oil and pepper and a ton of
curry for a pretty decent tofu scramble. you can also add
eggs (if you're not vegan) or egg substitute if you are.

Sprinkle it in sugar, coat it in chocolate, slather it with
butter, then you've got some good eatin'.

I liked being the Tofu in Resident Evil 2.

for this.

cereal milk is pretty good, yes... (oat milk, rice milk,
etc. - depends on the flavour, i haven't found any
raspberry-flavoured one though it's always vanilla,
chocolate, hazelnut, or plain)

not to sound incredibly ignorant and rude but maybe you
people eat tofu thinking it'll give you a better chance of
going to "heaven"

ChildrenTalking > no... i don't believe in those things.

and eating meat is just part of the alimentary chain, i'm
vegetarian because i don't like it (meat kinda disgusts me)
but it's the way nature chose it after all. well, if
"nature" means anything.
