The first film was OK, never saw the second, and really am not bothered about seeing the third either.

this movie is going to OWN. new director, and possibly the best story (book). I'm seeing this friday, and then again, and again and again.
fuck all you haters. fuck you if you think this is a kid's movie. read the fucking books before you think you got anything to say.
whew. almost awake now.

A lot of people seem to be of that opinion, and even though I've not read the books, and only seen the first one, I'd disagree.
There wasn't anything childish really about the first film. Many adults read the books so that must mean something.

THis should be a good one - Goblet of Fire will probably be the best -- although it'll have to be like 4 hours long -- I like how the series (of books) is getting darker. I'll be seeing this film soon, anyway, if only for Hermione who is dead sexy.
taffmonster - going to the matinee showing or something??

i always joke about hermione with friends about how hot she is, and everybody laughs but secretly they all know it.
one slight disappointment in this movie could be Sirius' character who doenst look at all like i imagined him.
As for the rest of the cast: damn near perfect if you ask me.
oh shit dumbledore's gonna be a new one too eh? damn.

Think it will be the best of the films yet, just as the books also keeps getting better. And for children!!?? no... not really. Lots of grown ups are just afraid to say they like it!

it was pretty good. i didnt like the first one but this one was nice and dark and well directed. i dont read the books but the films are getting better its certainly the best and deffinatly the darkest just annoys me cos i always feel like i havent learnt enough form each film seems to be slow at getting to the point. but ntl it was good and id like to see it again. sirius is kool btw :P wont mention to much dont wanna spoil it incase someones not read the books etc but go see it its better than troy anyhow lol
