*Paul and Alex standing next to Chris, watching the
horsedrawn carriage rambling off*

Oh, poor, poor Ceri and rudster.. damn shame.

A fine ruse, sir! If there's one thing about the Welsh, it's
their optimistic gullibility! :D

Well, I haven't from Mr JC for a while, have
you?!

What's gonna happen to me now? Can I hide back at your
mansion? I could disguise myself as Withers the gardener -
no one would know

How odd you should mention disguising yourself as a
gardener, for in "Full Moon", by P G Wodehouse, one of the
characters does just that! Although murder by horse-carriage
was NOT one of the plot details!

What a surprise that Ceri JC, who moans because we give
greif to an obvious multiple account doesn't close the
thread of someone he considers a friend.

It's because my threads have character, Lee, that's all -- I
don't post utter nonsense, I post whimsy, which is welcoming
and inventive.

Chris - I will not inform the local constabulary on this
occasion, since it was only Ceri and that rudster fellow!
But mind you don't go meddling with carriages in the future!
It's a risky endeavour!

Hahahahah......good evening to you, fine sir!

Paul: I'll take heed of that advice. Do I get to sleep in
the stables with the horses, or do you have a spare room
back at the servants quarters?

offline marlowe from Antarctica on 2004-05-29 17:30 [#01214247]

I won't take that personally, Lee, because you have shit on
the brain, so everything probably looks shit to you.

Chris: There is bedding a-plenty in the servant's quarter in
the basement - see fit to utilise it as you will!

Well, to be perfectly honest, the smell of the Welsh persons
was kind of.. obtrusive, if you will. One can stand the
scent of leaks only for so long.

I did advise young master Charlton of the bad choice of 'Eau
de Leek' as aftershave, but he'd have none of it.

I guess there is only so much, one can do :(
