I am quite interested to see how big people's music libraries are. So, how big is your music library? How many tracks? Total Duration? Total amount of disk space taken up by the library? Currently I have 790 Tracks with a Duration of 56:19:04 (h/m/s). Taking up 3.14GB Disk space. |

i've got around 500 cds + 100 records. i don't have any idea how many mp3s and cdrs - it's a lot (and the vast majority of that is music that's out of print or live material, as i don't like to download illegal music). |

The_Funkmaster > depends. if you don't count mp3s because they don't cost anything (well... having broadband DOES cost something though - and not everyone can get everything, it's more difficult for mac users for example), then it's mostly down to a question of salary (and priorities too, yeah, but rich people can spend more than poor people - doesn't mean they appreciate more the music, or are more passionate)... though of course there is also the fact if you care or not about having the original thing and... etc ' _ ' anyway i would count mp3s, i listen to them as much as CDs and i trash mp3s i don't like - they are part of my music library. |
