Agreed on that last point totally... football is not
something you should be able to do for a living. I also hate
the hooliganism that comes with it. If you want to get drunk
and fight do it because you're a fucking retard, don't wait
for a football match and then go dragging the game down with
you.

Anus, you are a man after my own heart. School sports are
enforced torture. And for some reason everyone who talks to
me at work seems to think i'm a huge football fan. I'd
sooner stick my cock in a blender than play another minute
of the hideous game.

i hate the stupid shorts football players wear

but ice hockey is much more popular here and thus more
annoying to me

professional sports are stupid, and i almost did not
graduate from high school because i didn't want to do the
mandatory sports. i was at my fourth year and i had to do
sport lessons with first grtaders or even juniors (not
highschoolers at all), since i didn't do them when it was my
year. but we are forced to crosscountry ski (rhhrh) and play
finnish baseball (double hrrhr), not to play football.

just got home from voluntary sports <3 (spinning)

lots of people expect there to be fights at football matches
now, and so this leads to fights actually errupting. Really
needs an image change.

I think football's alright, used to play it loads then
didnt... Does get a bit boring, and they are ridiculously
overpaid - all that wasted money. its actually disturbing
the amount they get paid :-/

i love football (or soccer as my deficient country calls it)
to pieces... it is in my opinion, the coolest sport in the
world... that doesn't mean there aren't stupid things about
it, but that holds true of everything... i don't see why it
is bad that someone should be able to make a living of
football anymore than anything else in the world... other
people value the effort that these people put into the
game... so why not? obviously they shouldnt be making the
massive quantities that they do, but i think it's fine that
a person would make their money by playing this sport...

I don't like football, or as we call it in Kanata, soccer. I
feel too constrained when I play it... I WANT to use my
arms, but I'm not allowed to. I also don't like the way many
soccer players collapse like they've been shot if an
opposing player bumps them a bit.

The guy who bit his teammate's balls after a goal is
probably my favorite soccer player.

Soccersoccersoccer.

Soccer.

Association Football is the single greatest sporting
invention EVER.

Excellent to play, excellent to watch...what would Sundays
be without a game of footy followed by watching a match in
the pub with 14 of your mates getting pissed?

yeah, sucks to be 8 years old and forced to run around in
the freezing cold, i used to just stand there blowing into
my hands, i swear that scarred me emotionally, like the time
we were playing rugby, i caught the ball and ran back for a
try (he's throwing the ball in the direction he wants it to
go, right?)
