no.. somewhere i read he is at peace with his art on the album, that might be true, but for me there is just no point in his music any more. i can see no direction and most of the tracks are a bit dull, even the usually not so bright vs does better lately. good music needs some sort of struggle, the artist has to have a need for expressing himself though his art, otherwise it becomes mere technique. that's what happened imo. especially with tetra sync. not so much with steinbolt. and not at all with some of his earlier work like dyksp and related. |
