what's you're favourite music for coasting along in yer
car/bike wahtever,

LFO goes great with driving, especially as the albuims seem
to go between stompin tracks to nice melodic ones in the
blink of an eye, you don't have time to get bored of one or
the other, and oldschool synths sound great at high volume

the avalnches, there is NOTHING more suiting to travelling
around a beach than this group, not that I travel to the
beach much,.. but when I do this suits f**king perfect

dj shadow, it rolls so well and funks so hard, great for
those long trips, there's enough decent dj shadow material
for a 2 1/2 hour ride

vsnares - shitfuckers + his older stuff, nothing like
chilling to some snares, trying to focus on driving and
listening turns into this orgismic trance, but it's only
good for short trip, otherwise I start to get headaches
(yeah, I'm a wuss, sue me)

also a lot of funny stuff like regurgitator and beastie boys
and "tongue in cheek" pop, makes good when driving with a
heap of friends having a night out :D

what music do you drive around too?

Yeah beasties work nice when driving.

Prefuse 73
Boston (More than a feelin'!)
Michael Jackson (The classics - beat it, smooth criminal,
bad)
Madlib
Dj Shadow/Cut Chemist - Brainfreeze and Product Placement

hiphop normally, sometimes when i am by myself and chilling
in the evening BoC...sometimes V Snares. Number 7 has been
getting a lot of playtime in my car recently...one of his
better tracks in my opinion. In fact 7 Seven Meds has been
getting played a lot by me recently.

Not that I can drive yet but... if I could

Amon Tobin's Bricolage is perfect for a city drive, everyone
should check this out. As a matter of fact any Amon Tobin
makes good driving music. Weird as it sounds I think Draft
7.30 would work, not all the tracks just some. And I guess
at some stage I'll make a Snares comp for some aggro
driving.

songs like 'Fold4, Wrap5'.. calm and a bit sad. No Iron
Maiden.
