just got his new album... and he's on the lollapalooza tour
this summer with modest mouse, gomez, polyphonic spree, and
some other great bands

he's the godfather... have you seen the cover of the new
album... he's holding a tommy gun and wearing a pinstripe
suit... and everyone in his band looks like james dean

He's allways played up the homo-erotic thing.... I think him
holding a gun is either making fun of you texans or a gay
reference..... I'm not gay or 'owt

i've always heard he's neither gay or straight... cellobate
(if that's how you spell it) and yes he does make fun of
americans on the album. which is fine with me, but doesn't
he live in LA?

Yes, LA, he's hypocritcal without a doubt! but.... making
fun/ pointing out inadequecies is a bit shit unless you have
a better way.

Poking fun is FUN but solving problems is fun too. The
Smiths were great, some Morrssey songs hit the spot but I'm
bored of hearing whinning rubbish.

I'd prefer some answers rather then the tired put downs.

I quite like the new album.

and how boring would it be if Morrissey would suddenly come
up with an album called "I've Got All The Answers", singing
how to make things better..

really, Jivver. I mean really..

my brother works in cd-store, and he says it's funny to see
people buy this cd without knowing who Morrissey is, or
without having ever heard of the Smiths.

it's funny because my brother will have the new cd playing
and people will buy it without having heard anything else,
so it will be the first Morrissey record they buy.

it's just a strange startingpoint.
