anybody know where to get some ambient noises real fast and free? i mean like noises off a city street or something, i had a vst with some, but i cant get it to work now that i need it. gAAAA

sample some stuff from dj spooky and scanner...they use a lot of street noises in their tracks :)

just make your own with some sort of sound editor... i use sound forge
you can use almost any sound and change it into all kinds of crazy ambient noise

ok ive actually decided on boc-ready lets go, not exactly what i was originally looking for, but it fits (its for my final video project in school, im also using afx-rhubarb and ae-gantz graf)

record a really open assed fart (like spread your cheeks as wide as you can) and then timestretch/down tempo it a ton
