Yes...the DNS has to resolve the address. If there is a problem with your ISP's DNS servers it could cause a problem connecting.

k_maty, yeah there are many of those available, really sweet. Funny that they cost much much less than small properties in NYC..
A lot of the other ones have really suspicious above ground facilities, like obviously abandoned barns with fencies around them, or just a small white building with seemingly no purpose (elevator shaft).
maintenance must suck, though.
