I don't know who morrissey is. The doctor made a supposition, presumably based on experience...however that doesn't mean he was right. As for your person running out into the road, that is just a supposition that they would die from the impact with the vehicle. As for the 5% of something...'something' is a not a directly quantifiable value...therefore it either exists 100% or not at all. |
