'cause my dog doesn't seem to have any, but when he gets exited he gets these two lumps (ball size) inside him. not in his sack, inside him. and he has stitches wherre they should be. arre they gone?

The neutering process probably involves rubber bands, though I'm not entirely sure (or want to be, for that matter).
I'm actually thankful that my dog is without testicles, because he's rowdy enough as he is.
