I noticed this and figured out the cause. There is an amount of time (obviously) between the thread being created in the database and the creator's post being put into it, and during that time the table is not locked so others can view the page in that intervening amount of time. hence 0 posts. Should someone mail the devs? this is technically a bug, and just needs an added lock to fix (LOCK TABLE blah). This isn't really a big problem of course, so whatever. |
