The dvd player on my pc will only play region 1. Does
anyone know of a program or something that will make it
multi region?

i think there might be, but it involves replacing the
firmware on the drive, and thusly renders it void of
warranty

ah, well then i suggest you have a look on google for DVD
drive firmware hacks or something of that context :)

you'll need to know your drive's EXACT model, revision, and
original firmware version and shit like that, but as far as
i know a firmware hack is the only way with the computer
drives.

shame its not as simple as the tv ones, with the keycode

badger badger badger badger . . . .

Sometime you can actually get aware with changing the
firmware and then if it fucks up, changing it back to keep
it "under warranty". FYI
