hmm, i don't think that has anything to do with new europe
:)
spooky isn't playing in eu anyway :)
and matmos are playing in venice...

but, fantomas, manitoba and kraftwerk are playing in my
hometown...i still say fuck europe tho :)

should be awesome dude!

if you don't mind me asking, what is it about your personal
life that isn't sorted out? i get the impression that you
work a lot, and aren't very happy about that... and you've
kind of mentioned before that you are lonely (for a
woman)... is there anything else? or is that basically all
(and when i ask that i'm not trying to say that those
reasons aren't more than enough to make a person sad... i'm
just curious, because i'd be more happy if you seemed
happy...)

i don't mind...at the moment my biggest concern is work
related...im not sure, but it might happen that i will be
out of work...instead of seeing our governament helping us
(legally not finacially) in a shitty situation we're in,
they're trying to get money out of us too...it's fucked, i
hate this system and all that...
as for being lonely...friends are asking me out often, but
im too tired after i get home from work, and i just like to
relax a little, listening to music, posting here...
same thing about girlfriend...at the moment i kind of prefer
to be alone, as i have too much shit on my mind as it
is...not that i wouldn't grab the oportunity if some smart
girl would hit on me haha
anyway, i'll know about my work situation in about a month
or two, and probably that will make it a bit easier to
decide what to do...
i'll try and look happy though :)

and thank you all 3 for replying in my thread :)

I have no live shows to go to because no live shows take
place in this dump. And you know what. I couldn't fucking
care less!!!

Heh I guess I have become allergic to live shows since every
single one I've been to was god awful. I wonder how you
people can stand the crowd and the heat etc etc.

i can stand the crowd if the music is good...i get so much
into the music that i have no idea what is happening around
me...and a smoke before always helps :)

Oh boy...don't remind me of that. Weed has litteraly
disappeared from the (pusher) market for the past 3-4
months. I only smoked two crappy skank joints a month ago.
From now on every conversation about cannabis is not
permitted in this forum. Or I will come to your house and
kill you.

themselves out eventually...

i'm still healous about all the concerts, though :P
i can't believe you get the chance to see polmo polpo, and i
don't (i live in a major city in Canada for chrissakes! why
can't Canadian artists visit here?!)

"hopefully work problems will sort themselves out
eventually"

that would probably solve everything :)

well, i didn't know about polmo polpo until little
earlier...if i knew i'd probably go...

"Constellation Roadshow 04: Hangedup, Polmo Polpo, Elisabeth
Anka Vajagic"

any idea what are hangedup and elisabeth like?

I've heard elisabeth sing for Shalabi Effect before,
but i haven't heard her album... i've heard decent things
about her though... could be nice

jus tgot home from constellation records gig. it was pretty
good, except that i missed polmp polpo...for some unknown
reason to me they started playing first...
anyway, the other two acts were pretty good, so it was
alright.

hangedup sound pretty impressive live, especially coz there
are only two members - viola and drums. at one point
guitarist joined the and they sounded totally like
mum...actually even better, at least to what i saw mum do
live...

elisabeth anka vajagic was alright as well...like gsybe only
with vocals...or maybe something inbetween sigur ros and
portishead...

...a nice evening.

i just read a review of one of his live shows, and it should
be great...i'll bring a kilo of pot too.

nothing really...i remember reading something about that
long time ago on some booklet that came with one of his
cd's, but i haven't read that in a very long time and i
can't remember any of it...hmm, it's about time i read that
again :)
he's having a lecture a day after his gig as well, but im
not going to be there as it's pretty far...if he'd do that
im my town i'd definitely go, as he's an extremly
interesting person.
sometimes he's a bit hard to understand tho (especially for
non english speakers), he gets too philosophical often...

where did you read about his theory?
