If your gonna be downloading mainly music, I sugest you get
soulseek from www.slsknet.org

If your gonna download kazaa lite, make sure you have some
sort of spyware killer to run.

Soulseek seems to be extremely slow for me lately. I've
never had a fast connection, but whereas I used to be able
to download at about 20kb/s on average, now it never goes
above 5. But I still love it.

Kazaa Lite is pretty safe, but I've always found it to be
near worthless. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can
never find anything remotely obscure on there. It's really
useful when I want to download my Blink 182 fix, though.
