"We're continuing to hear about the direction for
Lucasfilm and Star Wars post-Episode III. While there won't
be more movies, we continue to hear the move is to TV.
Sources are now telling us that there WILL be a TV series in
2006.
They don't know whether it'll be live-action, animated or
both - Lucasfilm itself will decide on this later this
year!"

Yay!

Im hoping for live action with oldschool makeup and
costumes.
The only animation should be Ships and Wehicles.

Q. what is the best sci fi tv series you have seen so far ?

For me i think its farscape. It had some decent actors and
effects , costumes.

That old "V" from the eighties was cool to.
Incredibly cheesy =)

pretty original storylines, too.

I quite liked it too. had a very European feel. eventhough
it was American/Australian.

i've only seen a little bit, but it looked good. seemed to
be in the samurai jack animation style.

Heh! I've seen one episode of Samurai Jack , it was pretty
damn funny. His samurai powers are superior to anything
haha!

I don't remember the Ewoks series, unfortunatelly.

Although, I remember hearing from someone several years ago
that the introduction in each episode terrified them.

very good actually if you ask me.

I'd reccomend watching episode 13.

On the new series: beating a dead horse a bit?

they work for me.

just watched "chapter one".

the animation is a bit meh.

just had a look on IMdb and John di Maggio does the voice of
General Grievous - same guy who did Bender on Futurama. :)

..and I recognized them.

:P

I used to love Next Generation too, but I always thought
Deep Space 9 was boring as fuck.

I quite liked Voyager though.

on sci-fi series in general - I thought Space: Above &
Beyond had a pretty good running storyline.
I also liked Quantum Leap, especially the later series, that
had recurring stories, like the other pair of quantum
leapers, who were evil!! :D

When you saw the credits begin to roll in Return of the Jedi
you should've known that would be the last piece of decent
Star Wars film you were going to see.

i loved voyager. it was the only series i really got into,
along with next gen. i'm not too crazy about enterprise
except for T'Pol's breasts.

The new star wars films were a huge dissapointment for me. I
imagine the tv series will be about the same as the films.
Cartoons.
