so, we all know that some albums can bring up different feelings in ourselves. i realised, that i listen to some of them more foten in the winter, some in summer etc. do you have similar feelings ?
for example - drukqs is THE autumn album for me... red leafs... stormy weather, a warm chimney... yeah that's drukqs :D (maybe besides gwarek2 but i always skip that song)

Excellent topic.
My Autechre Seasonal Breakdown
Autumn: Chiastic Slide (decaying, sweetly melancholic sound)
Winter: Spangle remix, Garbage (snuggly warm sound) Spring: Confield (richly organic, rebirth sound) Summer: LP5, Anvil Vapre (blast it loud sound!)
My Bloody Valentine 'Loveless' is another perfect winter album. So cosy and intimate.

the avalanches - since I left you is the quintessential summer album that and nightmares on wax - mind elevation and pepe deluxe's super sound.
definitely agree with drukqs being an autumn album, sadist.
richard d james, however definitely a summer album.
i think it can be related to the nature of the music what season it suits but it does also depend when you got. cause usually you listen to an album most when its new

He was being mean, he hates autechre. But there are definitely quite a few people here who are 'properly' into them (myself included), which is cool.

bjork's latest album is nice in wintertime
when you have just started your car in the morning cuz you are about to drive to work, and it is freezing as fuck, and you pop that jazz in the cd playerrr.
it's quite pleasant.

Druqks is my fall/autumn album, as well. A combination of the time period that I purchased it in, and the color scheme of the artwork.
Ultimate summer album for me is Sgt. Pepper's thisandthat.
Ultimate winter album for me is ''Freescha- Slower than Church Music'' or ''Herrmann und Kleine- Our Noise''.
