i ordered some cds from these fools over a week ago and
only got the confirmation that they got the order so far so
i emailed them. it's been a couple of days since that and i
still haven't heard a thing. there also hasn't been any
activity on my bank card which i used to order the cds. i
wasn't aware that they were just a store in new york, i
assumed they were like a little warehouse, so i guess it
might take them awhile. has anyone ever ordered from there
before?

With a $100+ order thay need to be kissing your ass. If
they're dicks on the phone, cancel your order and get the
stuff somewhere else.

For those of you who were wondering.....

I got a reply to an email I sent them. It turns out they
only have two of the releases listed above in stock and they
said they were having trouble finding the others. They
didn't really specify if they could find the others and if
so how long it would take so I asked them to ship what they
have.

I hate to be a big weenie, but it really bothers me how a
lot of online stores don't really update their selections
that well. I know they all tend to have the "be aware that
all items listed may not be available at the time of your
order...." disclaimer and it's understandable if some
aren't. In my case, pretty much the whole order wasn't
available and I highly doubt that these were available
before and just happened to sell out in the past week. These
aren't exactly the rarest items out there. (with exception
of the minidisc which i was suprised to see listed and
didn't think they actually had it.) Stores seem to be
willing enough to add new items but rarely refresh what they
don't have anymore. I'm not exactly in a location where I
can go to a local record store and find a release I am
looking for so I tend to rely on online stores.

So in conclusion, I'm a big whiner and I like to buy cds.

I am hoping to go to the princeton record exchange on my way
to squarepusher in new york, so hopefully I can find some of
these items and more there.
