This sunsoft or whatever java console plugin whatever fucking sucks with my computer for some reason. What's a way that I can get java to work without it being so gay? Thanks. |

Is your machine old? Also, which version of the JRE are you running? You should have 1.4.1 or higher... The reason I asked if your machine was old is because the JRE can tax older processors quite a bit... Also, the first time the JRE initializes an applet, it will take a bit longer, but once it's loaded, most applets should load quickly. |

nah, I got this computer in september. I just never remember having to install that java thing and having that little java cup come up on my taskbar. It just seems shitty and cumbersome, so I uninstalled it because it was causing internet explorer to freeze up |

Microsoft decided to remove javability from internet explorer a while ago so that might explain why you never needed that java runtime icon in your task tray before. |
