sometimes i go down to an empty beach and scream my lungs
out. secluded place in the woods would do tho. try not to do
it in the middle of campus.

don't let your problems overwhelm you. deal with them one at
a time, as best you can, or whittle away at each one of them
until they are manageable. the best advice is to stay
optimistic, it helps also to not be stressed out about it.

go to sleep.

when I had periods that I felt like complete shit, I would
sleep a lot.

it can feel better the next day.

then try to find someone to talk to.

and whenever you think you've got it bad, remember that even
the poorest of people in first-world countries have it
better off than 80% or more of the rest of the world. the
fact that you have such possessions as cds and computers is
proof of that.

yes, talking to someone and unloading on them always helps
too. :)

things like that never would help me if I felt like shit -
it would just go in one ear and out the other.

it's a twist in your head - you're not able to see anything
relatively very well.

when my schizophrenia panic attacks kick in and i get a
little suicidal, i go for a run, a really fast run, then i
drink lots of water and listen to giddy music (i care
because you do) works great.

i cant listen to ambience because then i get discustingly
real sick theories about existence and that makes things 10x
worse.
