because they wanna squeeze as much money out of you as possible just like with The Matrix just the first film alone has been released at least 3 times....first of all in a cardboard shitty case, then in a 2 disc special set, then in a one disc plastic case. i'm waiting for a box set before i even think about buying any of the other Matrix films |

same will happen with LoTR ofcourse. next month they're releasing the 2-disc version of Return of the King. suprisingly they're also releasing all the 2-disc versions in a (crappy looking) boxed set end of may - no waiting there. end of the year they'll release the extended RotK. and then next year, or maybe a bit later on, they'll probably release some kind of Special Fuckin' Platina Edition with all the extended stuff, documentaries AND new stuff. |
