This is getting pretty shit. I've had my own differences with him in the past, and he can be a bit of an idiot at times (who can't?). Some of you seem to be Lee's stooges. You wait for him to start yet another shit thread slagging him off and then jump on in. And then you complain that the MB is going downhill. |

Well said Marlowe. Even if you disagree with him on certain things, it's no reason to make it personal. I mean, me and Jonesy disagree on a lot of point sof politics, etc. but we're good friends... Even if you do develop a personal dislike for him, there's no reason to show it on the board, especially to the extent that some people have been. I think Promo has taken this abuse very well. A lot of other people would have a "I'm leaving the board" tizzy, or started spamming/trolling or complained incessantly to the mods. Perhaps you should bear that in mind. |

Thanks Nacmat :) Marlowe: He's pretty busy at the moment, I don't want to discuss his career/personal life (as he tends not to mention it here) too much, but he's looking at a career change and is preparing for that. He does browse the board from time to time (presumably not logged in), but I think the nonsense threads (there's a world of difference between "off topic" threads e.g. political/sociological/videogame/film threads and nonsense ones) and the lack of music threads have put him off a bit. He has posted this year (even this month), just less than before. |

Actually my new career as a multinational CEO will prohibit me from posting frequently. We have all these contracts for restructuring Iraq but those reclatricant Arabs don't seem to want helping and keep blowing us up. Seriously, they have clamped down of net-surfing where I work so what little net time I get is spent emailing friends, my g/f and reading the papers/Znet.
