imo, one of the greatest bands since boc, thanks to
tolstoyed for directing me to them.
well, i have an urge to get to know the band which i
like, but when freescha is in question no biography,
interviews nor articles are online.
i just know that Freescha is an southern california duo of
Nick Huntington and Michael McGroarty running the attacknine
records label.

attacknine records

???

heh, depends on what boc releases did you hear?
freescha is good, but i think they lack some instrumental
variations, cos when you compare slower than..., what's come
inside of you and kid fill the floor it's almost the same
structure.
no significant changes in the sound.

"i think they lack some instrumental variations" ... "no
significant changes in the sound"

having heard MHTRTC, IABPOITC and most tracks from Geogaddi
i can only say that this is exactly boc's problem,
there's no change or progression at all,
that's why i prefer artists like autechre for instance, they
changed and progressed a lot (from incunabula up to draft)
but still managed to keep they own style

i also own slower than church music and think that it sucks
quite badly, not a patch on anything by boc, and quite
simply not even like boards of canada's music.

'what's come inside of you' is nice, but boc are way better

yes my thought also...altho i like freescha, they seem not to
put that extra emotions in their work.
all those melancholic melodies and beats sound a bit too
plastik.
but hey, what tha hell...i love melanchony!

i don't see why a lack of progression in boc's music
automatically mean the music is bad, but whatever....

Been my favorite electronic artist(s) for a year and a half
now, godly. I like them a lot more than BOC.

Why the hell I'm comparing them to BOC is beyond me.
Probably because all you guys are. I get a totally different
feeling out of each of them, each respective feeling is
great.
