yeah i heard about that, pretty sick really that a leader of
the most powerful country in the world would act like that.
The people laughing there are just as bad.

Anus_Presley:
its bush showing stills.
one is of him with playing cards. he explains it made it
easier for him to remember the names of the foreign leaders.
then some stills of him in different parts of his office.
followed by the comment : "these wmd gotta be somewhere!".
all this edited with the pictures of lots of u.s soldiers
that died.

hussein killed hundred among thousands of is own people with
dangerous nerve agents. i'd be laughing my ass off also if i
state we didnt find wmd's but yet took over a failing
nation. i can't believe some of you see things so one sided.
i mean just open your eyes a little and let the light seep
in.

"ignorance is bliss for those uneducated"

offline hobbes from age on 2004-04-11 16:18 [#01138598]
Points: 8168 Status: Lurker

funny how when hussein was gassing his country the u.s
didnt mind much at the time, iran being the badies.....
plus i think over half a million iraki civilians have been
killed since the fights with the u.s . so in a way the u.s
helped him kill some more, innocent people. but then you
may think as mrs albright, who when questioned about all the
dead iraki children, said it was a hard price to pay for
the u.s, but worth it...... i dont want to go on about
this cos we could honestly talk for ages.

its hard to exactly know whats going on.... and we are all
entitled our opinions, but i thought your "ignorance is
bliss for those uneducated" was a cocky. Nora.

optimus,

i cant for some reason, and it irritates me a bit.

elusive,

sorry for the name calling, its just quite honestly you
can think what you want and i would gladly hear your
opinions. but often it seems like you just dont respect the
fact others dont think like you do and usualy you post a
lame comment like "stfu stop assuming" but nothing to
debate about. anyway i dont believe i own the truth but
have opinions and once in a while i post them. cheers.

no, its entirely in context...

you see, the US went to war because of Iraq WMD. ok? got
that part? Now thousands of Iraqi civilians and hundreds of
US soldiers have died in this invasion and occupation of
Iraq... funny that WMD were never found eh? Its in context,
but its definately not funny.

thousands of iraqis dying,

versus what, pantalaimon..........millions?

Hmm, maybe you just pass things off that you don't see on
CNN as what is really happening in real life.

yea right that tired old argument, Saddam killed people in
Iraq with Rumsfield's blessing etc etc, so then explain the
current situation in Iraq - 300 people buried in a football
in a mass grave in Fallooje, the American reconstruction
companies; Bush offered $20 billion of taxpayers money going
to the Hawk shareholders, the word thinkthank mean anything
to you or Hawk for that matter, the oil companies
squandering the spoils of war, the theft of art treasures,
the indiscrimate bombing by US troops of heavily populated
urban areas and a puppet governement with a US approved and
written constitution. There are no WMD's, Hans Blix proved
that, just rhetoric and globalisation for transnational
corporations - big business. If America is doing the Iraqis
a favor then think what does it have to gain from all that
miltary spending? What runs the miltary - OIL! How many
miltary bases proposed for Iraq - 14. Your media is owned
by monopolistic corporations. Define embedded reporters. So
the onus is on you to prove that America is actually not
acting in its own personal interests and save the Iraqi
people from an evil dictator.

BBC Poll - what are the burning issues?

Iraqi Blog - wtf

British soliders reaction to American brutality
