You crrack an egg into a pan. End.

So what went wrrong? the egg just welded itself (I fearr
perrmanently) to the bottom of the pan.

Err, you DID spray Egg-Unstick spray on the pan first right?
Or are you using nonstick eggs?

You'd be better poaching it. It's better for you.

Grease the pan first. You can use vegetable oil, olive oil,
or butter/maragrine, all work well. Bear in mind that eggs
are better cooked for a longer time on a low heat, than fast
in a really hot pan (I read that in a cook book :).

i have been frying eggs recently too.

its fucking tricky, coz u want the yellow bit to be liquid,
if u leave it in there too long then it goes solid,

but then sometimes the yellow bit breaks, then i just chuck
the contents of the pan into the bin, and crack another
one.

bad i know

Like sausages. You put a sausage verry nearr to the heat
sourrce in the grrill and it burrns on the outside but
barrely gets cooked on the inside.

ugh I hate runny yoke in my fried egg.

I break the yoke and let it flow all over the place - so it
kind of integrates with the eggwhite. so it's not an omelet
and it doesn't have a hard clumpy yoke in the middle.

Carl.

frried an egg.
Like when you werre in little school, and afterr the 6 week
holiday it dawns on you that you no longerr know how to
spell 'of'. 'Of' is a verry strrange worrd.

You should cut a whole in some bread with a glass as a
template.

Grease the pan up and then fry one side of it. Flip the
bread over and crack the egg into that hole. Then you have a
lovely egg bread combination. It's marvellous!

Cut a whole in the bread? I'm shocked I typed that.
