well. seeing as how the bike is only $4500, that would be
super. you'd even have money left over for your own
selfish desires!

motorbikes rawk. I have a Kawasaki ER-5.

I remember one night I was out listening to SAW in the
middle of the country. Dead Clear night. The stars were out
and it was pitch black all around me. Beautiful.

The only thing about listening to music on the bike is that
your earphones are contantly battling with the howling of
the wind.

i had a 1975 honda CB125 until a car decided to pull out in
front of me and stop. 55 mph over a car and into the
pavement, friends (no helmet, either, because there's no law
requiring them in utah). not a pretty thing..

Fucking hell. It looks like you were pretty lucky though.

Fortunately we have to wear helmets where I live and because
the British weather is so shit you end up wearing
waterproofs most of the time...

Hope you get yourself a bike sorted for the summer though...

me, too! i have a bit of money to throw around for something
nicer and i'm pretty set on this guy here (the GB500). i
want to get myself a little cafe racer style
something-or-other, and this would be perfect. especially
since it's newer and single-cylinder (that way i can do a
lot of the work myself. i get lost as soon as you put
another one in there. silly, i know, but it's just a bit
overwhelming for my simple mind). anyways...enjoy your bike,
friend. and watch out for silver/grey nissan sentras eager
to get through the intersection.

dang!, I'm currently working on getting my gsxr600 k1 on the
road after crashing it last year. I was wearing full
leathers helmet, gloves and a back protector and I walked
away from the accident no worries apart from the condition
of the bike of course.
I'm sorry but I find it hard to show mercy for people who
ride motorbikes without protection , especially no helmet.
Have you seen the motorcycle accidents on www.ogrish.com? I
strongly suggest you check out the fatalitys on there before
heading out on your next ride without a helmet.
apart from that though the GB 500 look's like a nice
cruiser. , take care
