That glasto ticketingthing was shambolic.. i spend thebest part of 24 hours desperately trying to get tickets.. fortunetaly in the last few momente before tickets sold out i managed to buy 12 on the phone by getting a ticket operator,and having 6 friends lined up for conference calls and the highly co-operative ticket agent took six consecutive orders for 2 tickets each on 6 cards one after the other onthe same phone call. so now all the friends who wanted to go have tickets. Woot.
but that whole thing was a nightmare.
