and make you all warm and tingly inside!! :) It's a good
feeling... one that doesn't happen a lot.

:Aphex Twin - Nannou
:Radiohead - [nice dream]
:Plaid - Sincetta
:AFX - Flow Coma (remix)
:Beatles - Yesterday
:Beatles - Strawberry Fields
:Led Zeppelin - No Quarter (live from "The Song Remains The
Same")

wayout from a plastic bubble on 2001-12-24 05:41 [#00063849]

its weird how some songs do that...
the best are the ones that give you that lump in your
throat...like the kind you get when youre either about to
burst into tears or start laughing hysterically...

hmm songs that give me the chills ..

squarepusher- my sound, theme from ernest borgnine, iambic 5
poetry, dont go plastic
aphex- girl boy song, flim, alberto balsalm, 4
radiohead- street spirit, motion picture soundtrack, true
love waits
gybe- slow riot for new zero kanada track 1
µ-ziq- dance 2, goodbye,goodbye, brace yourself, jason
bjork- joga, bachelorette
prefuse73-afternoon love in
dj shadow- midnight in a perfect world
ae- vletrmx21
cex-theme song to cex

...my lists are always so damn long..

Caserol Joe the Chubby on 2001-12-24 06:56 [#00063858]

Vision Creation Newsun by the Boredoms. All of it. Whole
thing is so ecstatic for me. I like to get stoned with my
friend on occasion, listen to it and fall into a primal
dance state. The fact this friend of mine has a bedroom
that can only be described as a trance-dancing jungle gym
helps out a bit.

Carlton from US on 2001-12-24 08:00 [#00063877]

i once had to stand outside the class in the playground the
week before christmas for throwing an eraser at the teachers
butt.

I had to stay standing there until the class finished
singing all the christmas carols ever written, including the
never-ending 'on the first day of christmas' (9 gold rings
...etc...etc..)

I was there for about 2 hours.

9 gold rings made me freeze to fuckin death (

it is still painful now ..... ;) LOL

I would have to agree that the opening of "On" by AFX is
extremely good. The way he uses the rain is such a simple
but effective idea..... beautiful.
The are so many AFX songs that give me the shivers. Does
IZ-US do it for anyone? I think the sample of the girl at
the beginning is a very warming touch :).

right when the bowed guitar comes in, the hair stands up on

Richard D James from locked in my bank vault on 2001-12-29 18:29 [#00064824]

Personally, i enjoy the works of Motzart and Beethoven and
of course this has to be interspersed with small doses of
slipknot. I've made a mix tape like this, now THAT will make
you shiver.

Richard D James from locked in my bank vault on 2001-12-29 18:30 [#00064825]

(MR RICARDO DOMINO JAMES HAS TRIPED)

The_Funkmaster from Newfoundland, Canada on 2001-12-29 19:18 [#00064832]

shiver...
